I have just finished 23 days treatment with herbs ( this was second treatment).
I noticed about 25% improvement (oily skalp)
distension - is also a little bit better.
I think about this Long Dan XieGan Wan( liver heat and dampness) pills in Yours herbal shop what do You think about it. It can reduce my oily scalp, and distension ?
What kind of food should I have in my condition ( what kind of diet should I use- sweet or bitter ?) Could You give me some advices.

I have been having urticaria idiopathic for 6 month and have tried almost all available anti-histamines but without any real success, they helped but did not stop it. Anyways, I have now tried your TCM medicine X05: Black Snake Itching-Stopping Pill for 4 days, and the result is pretty remarkable, the rashes are almost gone! So I will continue the treatment for sure.
In relation to your question regarding herbal medicine here in Spain;- I do not know of any, only normal herb and nature shops.

I am writing to update you on my present condition.
I ordered H20 Leisurely Carefree Pill which I take 8 pills 3x daily. They work excellent! My stomach has gone down considerably and I hardly have any pain left. It is so much easier for me to exercise and I always feel like I have quite a bit of
energy. I do notice that eating any dairy products I start to have quite a bit of trouble so I stay away from that food. I eat warm meals and I seem to be absorbing the nutrients because I am also taking G11 Stomach Warming Comfortability Granules, which has definitely cleaned my liver.
I was taking 2 bags of tea for the first two days then I cut down to 1 bag per day. I stayed on this regiment for about 8-9 days and started to notice that my gums in my
mouth turned a pale, pale shade of pink/gray. I decided to rest from taking that tea because I think my liver was ready to rest. I would like to know if I eat healthy how often should I be using the tea.
Should I stay on the H20 Leisurely Carefree Pill, I have 3 full bottles left.

Yes I got the herbal medicines. I would like to thank you because my sister is feeling a lot better now. She wants to go out and is going even upstairs now what she couldn't do a month ago. Yesterday she even went on the 4-th floor without any help. So it is really working. What do you think about ordering more of your
herbal medicines. I ordered for 2 months and she still
has some. But if they are all eaten what do you think, does she eat more those or some other medicine and how
long must she eat them.

My mother is very satisfied with yout no-smoking pills, although she has not stoped smoking yet but smokes very little now, and has almost stoped drinking coffe. She will be taking a break now, but I would like to order six more packet of this pills, since she is convinient that they will help. Do you have any tips for acu points or maybe some herb?
