Dear Dr. Ming,

I was just going to write you a letter to tell you that I'm astonished at the change in my health condition! My speech problem, stuttering,
which was making me verry unhappy because I couldn't speak fluently, has been greatly reduced! I noticed that I could communicate more
easily and that made me very happy!

I also noticed that I have more energy to do things. Before taking the tea, I often felt very weak, I didn't have the will necessary to do
something. Now I feel more lively and vigorous when working during the day. However, when the weather is bad, I still sometimes fell quite
weak. But nevertheless, my general condition, in that respect, is much better than before.

I'm very grateful for your teas and for your help!

My only problem that didn't diminish is a feeling of light pressure in my forehead, in one same place, which is one inch above my right
eyebrow (above my right eye). I feel that pressure, in that same place, all day long, from the moment I wake up until I go to sleep. It
 never stops!
When I went to hospital to check it, they (in the hospital) said that I was perfectly healthy and that there was nothing wrong with me. But
nevertheless I still feel that pressure, in that same place, all day, and now it's been going on for almost two years.

Perhaps it's something on a psychic, or nervous basis? I used to be under stress a lot, maybe I feel this pressure because of a long-term
exposure to stressful situations, where I worried a lot, slept badly and was often very nervous. Maybe this pressure is an energetic
consequence of that? Do you think such conditions can be cured with the Chinese medicine?

Now I have a much more relaxed life, I'm no more under so much stress, but before I started drinking the herbal teas, I felt quite weak. Now
I fell much stronger, much better, but still feel that pressure in the forehead above my right eyebrow.

At the moment, I have only two more tea-bags left (because I prepare the tea every day). Would you recommend that I order another pack of teas?

Thank you so much for taking your time to read this letter! I am very grateful to you and all the Traditional Chinese Medicine experts in
Huaihua.

All the best wishes,

0116

Dear 0116,

Thank you very much for your kind email.

Very happy to know that the herbal tea arrived your post office, you will fetch it today.  Hope it could help you! As to the instruction, please see as follows.

We have made 20 even dosages for you. A piece (dosage) a day. Please decoct a dosage once per day. The concrete steps are that first, put the herbal powders in a jar or a mug with about 700ml water. Soak the powders for 20 minutes. Heat the water to the boiling point with strong fire, then make the fire to be mild and decoct (i.e., simmer) the herbal powders for about 30 minutes. When the herbal powders are being decocted, please frequently stir the powders and water with a stick or a scoop so that the powders will not stick to the edges of the jar and the powders will not be burned. This is very important. When the decoction is lukewarm, please filter the decoction with the cloth we offer you. Wrap the powders with the cloth and use the power of your hands to press the cloth bag till all the decoction is filtered out and the herbal powders become dry. In this way, about 400ml pure decoction will be got. Please take 200ml in the morning. Take another 200ml in the afternoon after making it lukewarm.

During the period of using medicine, please take care the following things. Have more nutritious foods; have a due consideration to good rest; take less pungent or fatty foods; relax the mind. If you feel the tea is too much bitter, you could put a little bit sugar into the tea.

And if there is any doubt, please let us know. Thanks!

Looking forward to hearing from you soon!

Dr.Ming

Dear 0116,

Thank you very much for your precious time to fill the patient form to letting us know your condition.

After our experts checked carefully, from the idea of the traditional Chinese medicine, it is due to the dual vacuity of qi and yin. So our treatment strategy is to boost qi and nourish yin, quicken blood and free the network vessels.

As to your condition, our experts suggest you'd better take our herbal tea about two months. The experts will prescribe the formula according to your condition, then make it into the herbal tea. We suggest you would order the 20 days herbal tea. After you finish the 20 days herbal tea, please let us know your improvement, then the experts will adjust the formula according to your new condition.

Major Complaint:
My biggest problem at the moment is having a constant feeling of pressure in the forehead. I feel it from the moment I wake up in the morning until I go to sleep. That pressure is always in the same place (localised, like a point), about one inch (2.5 cm) above my right eyebrow (above my right eye). I have been to hospital, took CT scans, gave blood samples, but it appeared that, according to the Western medicine, I am completely healthy, although I don't feel well. All day long, from morning till night, I feel that pressure on that same spot. This feeling of pressure is accompanied by frequent spells of dizziness and feeling of drowsinnes and sleepiness (although I sleep quite a lot), and in those periods it is very hard to concentrate on anything, for example on reading or learning, which is a great problem to me, as I am a student. I also have a problem with speech - stuttering. It makes me very unhappy because I can't say and pronounce what I want to say. When I begin to talk, as if something is blocking the words from coming out and I can't pronounce them. The feeling is like having a cramp in my throat. Also I hope, if I could be able to concentrate more, I could pronounce sentences more fluently. Also, very often I feel I don't have energy and will to do things, like writing or doing something. Not very often, just sometimes, I feel my heart beating very hard in my chest, for a period of a few seconds.

Symptoms:
headache
dizziness
£
slightly whitish tongue body
£
thin and white tongue coating
stiff neck
£
slight palpitations
like hot drinks
£

yellowish urine
frequent masturbation more than four years
too strong sexual desire
60 to 80 wrist beats per minute
deep pulse
dry living environment
melancholic
nervous often
overthinking often
depressed often
fatigued

Favorites:
I usually eat soup with vegetables and doufu, sometimes with fish as well, cooked brown rice, and also fried fish or vegetables. I like to drink green tea. I don't smoke. For hobby, I play the piano and read. I'm not sure that any of my family members have similar problems.
Laboratory Check:
I went to the hospital because of the feeling of constant pressure above my right eye, but all the examinations (blood, urine, etc) showed that everything is all right and in order.
Other Diseases:
About six years ago, I was badly hurt in a car accident. My vertebrae (6. and 7. cervical and 2. and 3. thoracic) were compressed and I had to wear plaster cast for about six months. But I have recovered from that.
Treatment:
I suppose that the second choice, ie the herbal tea would be the most appropriate choice for me. But if you think that some other choice would be better or more effective please let me know.
