The patient tells us that there is no discomfort basically after one dosage of herbal tea. She had slight diarrhea three times, and bitter taste in the mouth. Dreaminess. No dizziness, no nausea and no painful abdomen when taking the second dosage. When taking the third dosage of the herbal tea, the diarrhea disappears and just feels discomfort of the hepatic region for 2 hours. Normal food in-take and spirit. Still bitter taste in the mouth.

Today her facial appearance, and wry mouth and eyes are improved obviously. More flexible ability of the tongue. No abdominal pains. No dizziness and no nausea. No discomfort of the hepatic region. Very slightly wry nasolabial groove (i.e., the groove under the nose.) Her left eye could close 2/3 now.  No palpitations recently. No painful heart. Thirst but no desire to drink.

The right kidney pulse is feeble and the left pulse is slightly feeble. Enlarged tongue body. Thin and yellowish tongue coating. Add 6g Chen Pi to the original formula.
