Yin Riming, a male, 38
years old.
He feels painful in the
liver and gall-bladder regions, but the pains are not obvious.
Dizziness. Insomnia.
No headache. Dry eyes.
Bitter taste in the mouth. Thirst and like drinks. Slightly dry
throat. Unrest. He does not feel aversion to
coldness. Slight jaundice of the eyes.
The appetite is fine. No
abdominal distention. Distention of the lower
abdomen but no prickly sense. No frequency of urination.
Radiating distention to

No coldness at the back.
The bowel movement is

There is 80% relief of
the pains in the liver and gall-bladder regions. Good Sleeping.
Improvement of the bad mood and dizziness and dry
eyes. No bitter taste basically. The throat is not dry.
Improved appetite.
No distention and pains
in the lower abdomen. Great improvement of the radiating pains on the
back. The jaundice of the eyes are not such
yellowish as before. Red tongue body. The
tongue coating is thin and yellowish.
