Concussion
Xia Songxiang, a
female, 42 years old.
September 14, 2005.
The patient¨s left
upper abdomen was injured in a car accident. At that time, loss of
consciousness occurred for one minute. After the accident, she feels
pains of the left upper abdomen.
Headache.
Severe dizziness and nausea. She was diagnosed with spleen contusion
and cerebral concussion. She was hospitalized in our hospital.
Before October 6, she received corresponding treatment of western

Dry eyes. No bowel
movement and no black stool these recent days. Thirst but no desire
