Headache, Dizziness and Profuse Leucorrhea

Fan Gaorun, female. 56 years old, a resident in Huaihua City.

April 21, 2005

The palms and soles run a hot sense at night. She also has distending pains at the back of the head, and gets relief by pressing there locally. Aching pains on the back for one month. Insomnia and dreaminess.

The patient also suffers from tinnitus, dizziness. The hair is grayish. Dry eyes, no runny nose, thirsty but dislikes drinks and dislikes warm water. The appetite is fine. The stool is constipated, urine is yellowish. She urinates twice every night. Has an history of anemia. Spirit is OK. She feels cold sense on the back and is aversion to coldness in winter and aversion to heat in summer. Debility of legs and painful insteps.  The tongue coating is thick, whitish and dry. Painful joint of the right shoulder could not shake.

The patient feels distending pains at the back of the head. The painful back has been alleviated 60%. Fingers are swollen and distending, especially, feel heavy in the afternoon. Dry eyes are improved. The dizziness becomes worse. Night urine is only once. Thirst and hot soles have been relieved. The palms still have a hot sense. Urine is slightly yellow. Insomnia is improved. The appetite is good.

The dizziness has been relieved 25%. Distending pain at the back of the head has disappeared. Feverish sense of the soles is reduced 20%. The urine is slightly yellowish. Sleeping well and good appetite. Fatigue has been slightly improved. She would be tired after walking for a while, and feel soft legs. There is a large amount of vaginal excretion, and the excretion is always of foul odor.

The patient reported that the dizziness has been improved 50%, feeling the things around her are shaking slightly. Now she feels that the head becomes heavy. There are no pains at the back of the head. The joint of the right shoulder could move freely, and there are no pains on the neck. The hot sense in palms and soles has been reduced 40%. The urine is slightly yellowish. Sleeping and appetite are all good. Good improvement of daily spirit.

After walking for a while, she still feels very tired, and the vaginal excretion is also in large amount. I will cure her dizziness and fatigue at the first regardless her vaginal excretion.

The patient said that her dizziness disappeared completely. The joint of the right shoulder could move smoothly. The hot sense of palms and soles in the afternoon has been relieved 50%. The urine is slightly yellowish and the stool is not constipated. Both sleeping and appetite are fine and there is no thirst basically.

There is a large amount of vaginal excretion, which is yellowish, and of the urine smell for 3 years. She always uses external remedy and drugs for internal use, but it is of no obvious effect.

At present, the dizziness is cured. I will focus on her treatment for the vaginal excretion.

She has soggy pulse, and the tongue coating is thin and yellowish and greasy.

The patient said there is no dizziness, and the joint of the right should is normal. Vaginal excretion is reduced everyday, and today there is a reduction of 30%. The peculiar smell has also been reduced 20%. Good appetite. There are still distending pains at the finger joints. The hot sense of the palms and soles has been relieved 30. The tongue coating is slightly yellowish and greasy.

Because the patient has something to deal with, she went to her hometown, and stopped the treatment after finishing the previous 4 dosages. When those 4 previous dosages of herbal tea are completed, she feels vaginal excretion has been reduced. There is less amount with slighter foul odor. But she still has pains in the finger joints. Spirit and appetite are good. Palms and soles still run a hot sense. She has distending pains at the back of the left ear. No dizziness. Sleeping well, and no pains on the right instep. Slightly thirst and yellowish urine.

The patient gets 50% relief of the distending pains at the back of the left ear. No dizziness. Appetite and sleeping are in a normal state. The knuckle and knee joint have slight distending pains. Vaginal excretion disappeared basically. Good spirit. The palms and soles still have a slight feverish sense.

Pains at the back of the head disappeared. No dizziness, no tinnitus. Appetite, sleeping and the spirit are all in a good condition. Painful knuckle has been relieved obviously. The hot sense of palms and sole is slightly reduced. She has only a little vaginal excretion. Now, the major symptoms have been basically cured, and we help her continue to consolidate the treatment.

Pains at the back of the head have disappeared, and the distending pains at the knuckle are alleviated obviously. There is still very little vaginal excretion.

Dizziness disappeared, and no pains at the back of the head. Appetite and sleeping are normal. Good spirit. Vaginal excretion is only 10% left. The patient gains the  improvement of 90%. All the diseases are cured basically.
