Thanks so much for your kind email. Sorry for this delayed reply, since our computer couldn't work yesterday. As to the herbal tea, you could boil it in gauze bag with about 500ML water. If you don't mind, could you please let us know how long do you boil it? Heat the water to the boiling point with strong fire, then make the fire to be mild and decoct (i.e., simmer) the herbal powder for about 25 minutes. When you boil the herbal tea to the boiling point, it should remain 400ML of the herbal tea. Then you could take 200ML pure decoction in the morning. And the other 200 ML in the afternoon after heating it.

As to the method, you needn't separate the bag to 2 parts. You put the herbs in a jar or a mug with about 500ML water. And Soak the herbs for twenty minutes. Heat the water to the boiling point, then make the fire to be mild and decoct the herbs for about 25 minutes. When the decoction is lukewarm, please take 250ML pure decoction in the morning. In the afternoon heating the tea and take another 250ML.

We have made 20 even dosage for you. A piece (dosage) a day. Please decoct a dose per day, twice a day. The concrete steps are that first, wrapping the dosage in a piece of gauze. put the herbal powder bag in a jar or a mug with about 500ML water. Soak this gauze bag for twenty minutes. Heat the water to the boiling point with strong fire, then make the fire to be mild and decoct (i.e., simmer) the herbal powder for about 25 minutes. When the decoction is lukewarm, please take 200ML pure decoction in the morning. Repeat all these processes in the afternoon and take another 200ML. Actually, it means that the same dosage (i.e., the same powder bag) is used in the morning and in the afternoon.

During the period of using medicine, please take care the following things. Have more nutritious foods; have a due consideration to good rest; take less pungent or fatty foods; relax the mind; abstain from sexual activities. If you feel the tea is too much bitter, you could put a little bit sugar into your tea.

hello dr
returned again, sorry for delay. I was so busy. please
accept my apology. The last massage stated that you
want to know 3 points.(1- My diet 2- stress and me
3-My dialy life)
1-My diet: In Egypt, nearly all people complain about
malnutration.the main food is rice. iam rural person so
the pollution size all our life. salted vegatables and
spices exist much in our food.animal protien is eaten
once aweek.
For me,
a- At break fast,at 9 am .I always i have acup of milk
with tea before breakfast.I often  have beans,egyptian
bread,salad.cheese, then acup of tea.sometimes I have
one egg ,and rarely fruit.
b-at lunch, at 2:00 pm.rice ,cooked vegatables,some
fruit then acup of tea.
c-at dinner at 10 pm often like lunch.
2-stress and me:At first all humans live under the
effect of stress.I try hard to relief the stress.
sometimes I donnt exposed to stress however all
symptoms I mentioned before appear in such days.I want
to tell you that along 4 years i had alot of
differents cateogries of anti depressants at irregular
intervals but in  vain.
3-My dialy life:As I mentioned before Iam astudent in
the faculty of medicine. i  live with my family .there
are some of troubles.i try to deal with it. but i feel
with change.i have some friends  and i deal with them
weel.through this periods of study , hardly try to
