Ten years strong headache, usually three times a week, happening usually before waking up. Sometimes during the day, or the evenings. Either two sides, or eye upper socket, or one side, the top is always like fire burning, the other parts like being hammered, severe pains, rarely dizziness, grayish hair. If without glass, facing wind may have watery eyes, dim eyesight, no tinnitus, little bit dry mouth, liking cold drinks, even in winter like cold drinks, no mouth ulcer, no taste in mouth, too good appetite, spirit very good. Third dosage: no headaches today

October, 15; 9:30  Fourth dosage: bad headache since 4:00 o¡¯clock in the morning (took no pain killers)

14:30  Fifth dosage: no change in the bad headaches---little better after resting, hot feeling in the morning and night very bad headaches (no intake of western pills!). No appetite, heat.

October, 16; 9:30   Sixth dosage: still the same bad headaches, did not sleep very good and nausea got some ¡°Tuina, massage and acupuncture from Gaby¡±

Headache in October for three years, four days. Cold things make relief and like slight pressure.
