I am very pleased
to tell you that just by taking the decoction the blood pressure
dropped from 200-180/100 to 160/90 or even less at times, even
140 I had one day and at times 110.
The prostate
problem seems to heal more slow; I have less urge in the day
time but at night I still wake at least once and after 5 am.
Do I have to take
the decoction before or after the breakfast and in the
afternoon, at which time ? I have breakfast at 9 am and meal at
2-3 pm. and night one at 9-10 pm.and go to bed at 11 pm usually.
I would like to
know how long it can take to get healed and if you think it is a
"yin deficiency" of the kidneys. I have studied Ayurveda and
read also about Traditional Chinese Medicine.

Please decoct a dosage once per day. The concrete steps are that
first, put the herbal powders in a jar or a mug with about
1000ml to 1200ml water. Soak the powders for 20 minutes. Heat

Please take 200ml in the morning. Take another 200ml in the
afternoon after making it lukewarm.
During the period of using medicine, please take care the
following things. Have more nutritious foods; have a due
consideration to good rest; take less pungent or fatty foods;
relax the mind. If you feel the tea is too much bitter, you
could put a little bit sugar into the tea.
