suxiao niuhuang wan (quick-acting cow-bezoar bolus) removing heat and toxic substance, relieving convulsion and inducing resuscitation. high fever, coma, delirium, convulsion, conjunctival congestion, dry lips, vertigo, headache with tearing sensation, etc.
niuhuang qingxin wan (cow-bezoar sedative bolus) supplementing qi, nourishing blood, tranquilizing the mind, allaying excitement, and eliminating phlegm for resuscitation. stagnated heat in the chest, palpitation due to fright, fidgeting due to deficiency, vertigo, aphasia from apoplexy, deviation of the eye and mouth, hemiplegia, dysphasia and vague mind caused by deficiency of qi and blood as well as upward disturbance of phlegm and heat.
angong niuhuang wan (cow-bezoar bolus for resurrection) clearing away heat and toxic materials, inducing resuscitation and relieving convulsion. invasion of pericardium by pathogenic heat during epidemic febrile disease marked by high fever, coma, delirium, dysphoria, convulsion, etc. apoplexy, epilepsy and infantile convulsion caused by stagnation of phlegm and heat in the heart. it may be used to treat the above mentioned symptoms due to epidemic encephalitis b, toxic dysentery, infective  coma and cerebrovascular accident.
zixue dan (purple snowy powder) clearing away heat and toxic materials, and eliminating pathogenic wind to arrest convulsion. symptoms caused by febrile diseases such as high fever, restlessness, convulsion, maculopapule caused by noxious heat, coma and delirium, mania, stiff neck.
jufang zhibao dan (treasured bolus) inducing resuscitation, relieving convulsion and clearing away heat and toxic materials. invasion of pericardium by heat in the course of epidemic febrile diseases, or the accumulation of phlegm and heat in the body caused by stroke, marked by high fever, convulsion, spasm, coma, delirium and acute infantile convulsion.
niuhuang zhenjing wan (convulsion-relieving pill of cow-bezoar) removing pathogenic heat to relieve convulsion, dispelling wind and eliminating phlegm. infantile convulsion due to acute febrile diseases, accompanied with high fever and short breath, ptyalism due to accumulation of phlegm, epilepsy, convulsion, trismus and coma.
wanshi niuhuang qingxin wan (bolus of cow-bezoar for clearing heart-fire) removing heat from the heart to restore consciousness and reducing heat and eliminating phlegm for resuscitation. the accumulation of heat-phlegm in the body, and the attack of pericardium by heat, manifested as stroke, coma, delirium, restlessness, wheezing sound and abundant expectoration, high fever and convulsion.
